Sydney Kendo Club is proud to invite teams to enter the 2nd Annual SKC3 Friendship Cup, to be held on 27 February 2010.

The aim of the Friendship Cup is to promote harmony and goodwill in the spirit of shiai/competition.

TEAMS will be comprised of three (3) players and must include at least one (1) Kyu grade. A Kyu grade will always play first. Team members do not need to be members of the same club.

There will also be the opportunity for senior Kyu grades and all Dan grades to practise shimpaning skills.

Team shiai/competition will have Champions, 2nd places and two equal 3rd places.

KIDS/JUNIORS Balloon keiko competition for:
U/10 (Age under 10 years old)
U/12 (Age under 12 years and older than 10 years old)
U/14 (Age under 14 years and older than 12 years old)
U/16 (Age under 16 years and older than 14 years old)

Balloon Keiko will have Champions and 2nd places.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

Shiai/Competition Structure: Round 1 will include pool matches, ensuring all players will play at least two matches. Each match will be limited to 3 minutes, except the final, which will be limited to 5 minutes.

Fees:

$15 for kids/juniors
$30 for adults ($90 per team)
Please enter via your club secretary.
For teams made up of players from different club, the team captain should enter the full team via their club, including payment.

Eligibility: Open to all AKR members.
Late Entry: Entry closes Friday, 19 February 2010. No late entries will be accepted.
