order procedures

Next Koei order will be placed on the 1ST February 2007. Any member wishing to purchase products should complete the attached Order Form and Email/hand in form to Club Armourer by 29th January.  

The club has a number of Koei Budogu Japan (Koei) catalogues for perusal or alternatively details are available on Koei's website (http://www.koei-budogu.co.jp/). It's worth noting however that Koei's catalogue provides a significantly more comprehensive list of products available for purchase.

Once quotation received from Koei, Club Armourer will advise/email member the cost (after discount) and postage/handling fee.  It is member's own discretion to accept the quotation or decline it. If satisfied, payment for any products ordered will be made directly by the member to Koei.

To recap, new process as follows:

1: Member completes the attached spreadsheet and email/hand delivers to me by 29th January. Note spreadsheet is also located on SKC FORMS page.

2: Each members order will be consolidated and submitted to Koei by 1st February cut off

3: Koei will confirm back to me the items cost (after discount) + postage

4: I will then redistribute the file back to individuals who requested pricing

5: Members than pay Koei direct should they be happy with pricing offered

6: Koei mail directly to members nominated postal address
